Jeannie is an agent that goes beyond for her clients. As a client coming from out of town, I relied on her to screen and view homes on my behalf. She did just that and even went a step further by allowing me to view remotely to give my input and ask questions during the tour. Mrs. Castor-Brumfield was super patient with us and our champagne and caviar dreams on a limited budget. She held our hand every step of the process and let us know what we needed and what to expect at every phase of the process. If you want to work with an honest, hardworking, resourceful, knowledgeable realtor who doesn't mind working hard for you, and looking out for your best interest look no further! She is hands down the best realtor in town PERIOD! We had an extra long and difficult process as we were working with a first time homebuyers program and the approval process took from 2016 until 2019. She never give up on us and stuck it out to the very end which we are forever grateful to her for! Found new programs and opportunities for us to try so we could get approved and into our home. After many denials working together we finally found the right program, got approved and started a daily home search. She changed my prospective on realtors! I admit I am not a fan of realtors after having several bad experiences to include purchasing a home with a million issues after getting an 'all clear' inspection report and appraisal on a home with terrible plumbing, a bad roof, bad AC. Requested a Fixed mortgage only to find 2 years later that we had an ARM and subsequently lost our first home. So needless to say my trust of realtors was gone. If it's not a good idea she will tell you, if it's not the best situation for you she will tell you. She breaks down the real deal and gives you straightforward honest answers. Thus, I don't like to call Mrs. Castor-Brumfield a realtor because she is far better and more than that she is an amazing human being and consummate professional!
